Return policy
Eligibility for Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date they receive the product to initiate a return.

Items must be unused, in the same condition that they were received, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

There are no refunds for products purchased on sale

Return process

To initiate a return, customers should contact our support team within the 14-day window.

Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specified period.
